Steps to avail this house:

1. Tripping / Site Viewing / Site Visit

         you can pay reservation fee of 5,000 pesos on the site along with 2 Valid IDs and 1 month payslip.

   Within 30 days, you need to complete  requirements like: 
                           a. Proof of Billing, 
                           b. Birth Certificate 
                           c. ID Picture
                           d. 2 valid IDs 
                           e. Proof of Income

2. The next Month, you need to pay the Downpayment of  P20,000.00
    - Can be Spot Cash or it can also be paid in installment basis up to 3 Months. P6,666.67 per month in  3months, We can also request to extend the Downpayment term like up to 5 Months.

3. After paying the 20,000 Downpayment, and the house is already constructed, Wellington Residences will process the transfer of your loan to Pagibig Financing using the requirements we asked from you on the 1st month. Don't worry, Wellington Residences will assist you with all of these. 

 4. Once approved,you can already transfer and Move-in in your new house!
    Then start your Monthly Ammortization to PagIbig  at around P4,200  per Month.
